Buddy bakes with four little aspiring bakers, all suffering from a life-threatening illness, on their personal "Make-A-Wish" cake. He then wows the foundation with a very special hot air balloon cake.
We are very excited for this episode to air, and hope that it helps to increase awareness about CAPS and other rare diseases. I am not sure if the editing of the show will include any info about the conditions that the children have, but this was a wonderful opportunity for this child to have such a fun wish, and she was only diagnosed with CAPS a few months prior to her make a Wish being granted. They had to delay the wish by a few months when they found out that the bakery wanted to feature this wish on their Cake Boss TV show, which made the experience even more exciting!
